Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TableRally (the "Service"), an event-scheduling and discovery platform for tabletop and card game stores and the players who attend their events. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use TableRally

You must be at least 13 years old to create a TableRally account. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for your use of your account.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away through ourcontact page if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Stores and event organizers

A personal account may claim and manage a store listing, subject to our verification process, or organize its own events. If you manage a store or organize an event, you're responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for the conduct, safety, and supervision of the events you run.

TableRally discovers, lists, and handles registration for events -- it does not organize, staff, or supervise the in-person gathering itself. This is the same position taken by comparable event-discovery platforms. The organizer (whether a store or an individual) is solely responsible for the conduct, safety measures, and age-appropriateness of their own event, including any check-in, chaperone, or supervision policy they choose to run.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Game names (for example, Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, or Yu-Gi-Oh!) may appear on the Service as plain-text event categories to describe what's being played. TableRally is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the publishers of these games, and no use of their logos, card imagery, or official artwork is permitted without the rights holder's own permission.

5. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account's access to some or all of the Service for violating these Terms, at our discretion and based on the severity of the issue. A store's own Owners and Managers may similarly restrict who can register for their events, and an event organizer may remove or block a specific attendee from their own events, independent of any platform-wide action.

6. Content you post

You retain ownership of the event descriptions, venue information, and images (such as a store logo) you post. By posting content, you grant TableRally a license to display, store, and distribute it as part of operating the Service, including through embeddable widgets you or a store choose to place on other websites.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TABLERALLY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY EVENT LISTED ON THE SERVICE WILL OCCUR AS DESCRIBED, OR THAT ANY ORGANIZER, STORE, OR ATTENDEE WILL BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY. YOU ATTEND ANY IN-PERSON EVENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABLERALLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT DISCOVERED THROUGH IT, INCLUDING ANY INCIDENT ARISING FROM AN EVENT'S IN-PERSON CONDUCT OR SUPERVISION, WHICH REMAINS THE ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 3.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
